Group Medical Supply was orginally founded by Joseph Cerami II under the name Insulin Case Shop as a home business with the goal of making better, more affordable diabetic supplies. Being diabetic himself, Joe hoped to produce more practical products not just for himself, but for fellow diabetics dealing with the same frustrations as he was with his supplies.
