Return Policy

Group Medical Supply (GMS) is willing to handle customer returns directly, giving you more time to focus on running your business.

GMS accepts returns on most items if returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers must contact GMS for an authorized RA Number. All returns are to be in new, resalable condition containing all of the original packaging and accessories.

GMS does not charge a restocking fee when processing a return if the product is returned within the warranty period. Shipping must be paid by the returning party. The refund will be given shortly after the product has been received at the physical address of GMS.

GMS does not accept returns on items that have been used, partially used, or altered. GMS cannot accept returns on any items that may have come into contact with blood or other bodily fluids. If a product is not eligible for a return, please contact us. We would love to help make things right!
